Love, Energy Medicine, Frequencies and Flowers
Scott E. Miners
How does energy medicine work? Is it the same as thought medicine? What energies
are we body and mind? We know the body is made of particles, in some views, or waves
of energy from other viewpoints. Can both concepts be right? Is there a scientific
instrument (other than the human mind) precise enough to measure the smallest particle–the
one that underlies measurable wave forms of energy? Not so far. Therefore scientists,
relying on the current state of the sciences, sometimes describe the fundamental
units of physical energy so far discovered as being dual in nature: particles and/or
waves, depending upon the viewing instrument. If you stop action, which is anti-life,
you see a relatively inert particle; if you view life in process, you see waves.
Ultimately, will scientists view an ultimate particle, an adamantine particle that
is in movement, alive, yet not a wave form?
And what about the mind. The human mind has been described as two-fold, consisting
of 1. the brain, a DNA constructed, thought receiving and transmitting instrument
(made of fundamental physical particles and/or wavelengths of light slowed down enough
to feel solid), and 2. an electromagnetic field. Being partially an electromagnetic
field, within the Einsteinian Unified and infinite Field, gives the human mind a
unique property: Infinite expandability–and the ability to access the Infinite storehouse
of all that is imagined to be in universal, or unified consciousness. It is also
thought that the mind is not at all separate from the body. That thought is my preferred
view. The two are fundamentally interconnected and have dynamic interplay at all
times.
The question arises: What is the source of all these light waves that make up bodies
and electromagnetic frequencies? Shall we say the Source of the light waves of the
physical body and all other bodies is the same Light of the Unified Field; in other
words, it is the underlying unity of all life, physical and non-physical, the light
of the sun and the stars, the Light of all the dimensions of existence–the Light
it is said we are from originally, the mystery and the Light we go to after transformation
from the human form. The New York Times reported several years ago that over
eight million Americans have described incidents where, close to death, they entered
a realm of original Light, of consciousness far vaster than the physical world alone,
then returned to the body to speak of it. The number of such people experiencing
this light is probably far greater.
Now to thoughts and their power. Each thought generated, held in the mind field,
has a signature wave, or a frequency, or a cycle of energy; each frequency of thought
affects the light waves of the body harmonically–or not–and therefore each thought
affects the immune system, the neurotransmitters, the hormones, the molecules and
cells of the body as a whole, immediately. Physicist Mae-Wan Ho describes a part
of this picture: “[T]he aligned, collagen liquid crystalline continuum in the connective
tissues of the body, with its layers of structured water molecules support[s] rapid
semi-conduction of protons. This enables all parts of the body to intercommunicate
readily, so the organism can function as a coherent whole. This liquid crystalline
continuum may mediate hyperreactivity to allergens and the body's responsiveness
to different forms of subtle energy medicine. Furthermore, it constitutes a `body
consciousness' that is functionally interconnected with the `brain consciousness'
of the nervous system....” (Ho, 1997, www.i-sis.org/lcm.shtml.)
What the mind has not perceived (for example, love), what the perception has not
stretched itself to perceive or conceive, the person cannot experience. Interestingly,
each vibration or wavelength frequency, whether in the mind or body, correlates with
colors; this is why those who perceive this electromagnetic field, and other human
fields, (“aura readers”) describe it to consist of varying colors, patterns or vibrations,
as does my esteemed colleague Elke Macartney (see her description of field effects
with use of Rife bioactive frequencies in the latter part of this article).
Furthermore, the individual mind field receives from and transmits to the unified
field of consciousness (a sea of Source consciousness), which contains also the collective
human electromagnetic/mind field–with all its pollutants (judgment, envy) as well
as beauties (love, altruism, compassion, truth). Many questions arise, but one central
issue is: Knowing these frequencies emit not only into your mind field, but also
into the body/emotions and the collective mind field, which frequencies do your mind
focus upon and therefore facilitate predominantly?
The technologies used in medicine today, such as Rife technology, that generate vibratory
frequencies for healing are curious. In the case of the Rife technology the focus
has been upon disintegrating pathogenic organisms in the body. The basic premise
is that when the powerful human immune system becomes overwhelmed or compromised
it cannot neutralize or disintegrate offending pathogens–parasites, fungi, bacteria
or viruses–as efficiently as it can in a healthy state. Illnesses and diseases occur
more readily. It is asserted that accurate bioactive frequencies have been found
and incorporated into Rife technology that disintegrate microscopic pathogens, even
visible fungi and parasites, which may be untouched or untreated effectively by traditional
or complementary and alternative treatments. Bioactive, electromagnetic frequencies
from Rife “devices” disintegrate, by mimicking the frequencies of the cell walls
of hundreds of kinds of disease-causing microorganisms–however, the frequencies do
not harm healthy cells (they do, however disintegrate beneficial, or probiotic, bacteria
in the intestinal tract, as many bacteria resonate at like frequencies; thus it is
advisable to cleanse the intestine and restore friendly microbacteria such as bifidus
and acidophilus after using Rife technologies).
A concise definition of a few terms used in this article will be given to assist
the interested reader.
• Frequency–the speed at which a wave of energy (such as electromagnetic) is delivered,
or the number of oscillations per second of an electromagnetic wave.
• Resonance–the reception by an organism, such as a cell membrane, of an electromagnetic
frequency delivered by amplitude large enough to create a periodic stimulus of the
same or nearly the same frequency in the organism. (Mind focus, or power of desire
for focus, can be equated with amplitude.)
• Bioactive–the biological activity or receptivity of the frequency by organisms
such as cellular matter.
• Disintegrate–All of creation can exist in harmony. It in fact does. The word disintegrate
will be used here to refer to what happens to certain bacterial, viral or microbial
and other parasitical organisms when they are in the presence of frequencies that
transform them. What is transformed? The arrangement of particles/waves into different
forms.
To disintegrate, or transform, an organism is to change it. It is made of energy,
so therefore it does not die; it simply changes. One wonders, for example, since
all matter is energy in movement, how it is that a cancer microbe can exist in the
body? Where did it come from and where does it go when it no longer exists in that
form in the body (when the body is said to be “healed”)? Certain lab-tested (Rife)
frequencies are seen to have disintegrated the cancer viruses, or microbes in the
body. When this occurs, the energy of the microbe is transformed into something that
is seen to be harmless to the body, and the body dispels this energy, much as it
does with other forms of energy it identifies as toxic. Thus the need to cleanse
the digestive tract.
Where did the “erratic” energy come from in the first place? And, once it has been
treated with an energy that transforms it, what is to keep it from returning? There
are many theories: Cancer energy comes from wrong diet, toxins in the environment,
genetic predisposition. There is one postulate that may supersede all of these: Cancer
energies can develop in the body from first being set up in the electromagnetic mind
field, which can create a condition, through habit, through pain, through negative
thinking, through repressed anger, through a belief in unworthiness, that fosters
the formation of energies we call “pathological” within the body.
It seems reasonable to categorize the technology originally pioneered in the 1930s
by Royal Rife, Ph.D., into a class of medicine that is expanding and being called
“energy medicine.” I am referring here to the effects the administration of bioactive,
or electromagnetic, frequencies can have, not only on the biofield, or human mind
field, but also how it helps the mind to memorize and/or access and use frequencies
from the mind field–including that of the Unified Field.
I propose that, much like training wheels on a child's bicycle, the bioactive, electromagnetic
and radio-wave frequency generators can help train one in identifying and then staying
focused upon various frequencies used to heal (disintegrate pathogenic microorganisms
in the human body)–or enhance the immune system and overall health of the body. It
is also my supposition, based on my own experience, that by awareness of the feelings
generated from the frequencies in the electromagnetic mind field and the body, a
user may discover his or her own ability to self-generate healing frequencies. In
other words, healing frequency devices may be used as tools to help users develop
their own focusing ability. How can a person self-generate a particular frequency
in or for the healing of the body?
It is as simple as asking a question, for the answer, the frequency desired, rides
in on the question. For example, the question “How would it feel to experience a
frequency that would heal my body?” is a general question, but, within the fervent
question, asked in a quiet, restful, contemplative moment, away from the hustle and
bustle of the family and the outer world, the answer comes softly, gently, subtly,
yet powerfully as a felt sense, an energy in the mind and body.
Most of us know how it feels to love or be loved. Love has been referred to as the
highest frequency. It has been equated with Providence, or the greatest energy of
life, the Unified Field of consciousness. Research studies show that love heals the
body. Those in love have a glow. There is a focus. You cannot stop thinking about
the Beloved. There is a predominant frequency about you: Love. Love is rejuvenating.
Love is seen by biofield readers and measurements to affect the body in deeply healing
ways. The thymus gland, the master immune system gland (in the heart center of the
body!), is stimulated and rejuvenated by love. It grows, not recedes from age as
in past convention, in those who love. Anyone who has been loved or felt love can
reaccess, generate, the frequency of love throughout the mind, body and emotions.
Doing so may be as simple as recalling the feeling of being in an especially memorable
situation with a beloved relative, friend, teacher, spouse, child or even a favorite
pet or animal. Or it can come from a fervent desire to “Love the Divine with all
your heart and mind and soul.”
What follows is a story that demonstrates a principle. It is the principle that what
you focus upon (love, thoughts of love), what you instill in place around you (loving
people), is the most powerful of technologies: your mind, your collective experience
and the frequencies that exist within those contexts. The contexts are malleable.
We are the co-creators of the context. Without a doubt it is incumbent upon us to
dare to love life so deeply, so greatly, so fervently, in each moment, that we find
no fault. This is our challenge, both as individuals and as a collective: To see
ourselves and each other as innocent; to create Eden. Forgive what is past, the structures,
the abuse, and be in the power of the moment, lovingly, gratefully, slowly, as a
leaf grows upon a tree, and heal therefore. Know and love your Infinite center and
that consciousness within and without the body.
DOWNWIND FROM FLOWERS
Lee Paton is the hospice nurse who told the following story, submitted by Linda Ross
Swanson in Chicken Soup for the Gardener's Soul. See the book for the whole story,
which we abbreviate here.
Tenzin's Story
Tenzin is a Tibetan refugee who lived in Seattle, Washington. At the age of 52 he
was diagnosed with lymphoma. He received his first dose of chemotherapy. During the
treatment he became extremely angry and upset. He pulled the IV out of his arm and
refused to cooperate. He shouted at the nurses and became argumentative with everyone
who came near him. The doctors and nurses were baffled.
Tenzin's wife explained that Tenzin had been a political prisoner of the Chinese
for 17 years. Soldiers killed his first wife and repeatedly tortured and brutalized
Tenzin. She said that the hospital rules and regulations, coupled with the chemotherapy
treatments, gave Tenzin horrible flashbacks of the Chinese military.
“I know you mean to help him,” she said, “but he feels tortured by your treatments.
They are causing him to feel hatred–just like he felt toward the Chinese. He said
he would rather die than have to live with the hatred he is feeling. According to
our belief, it is very bad to have hatred in your heart at the time of death. He
said he needs to be able to pray and cleanse his heart.”
“The doctors then discharged Tenzin from the hospital and asked the hospice team
to visit him in his home,” Lee said. “I was the hospice nurse assigned to his care.”
Lee called Amnesty International for advice. A representative told her to “talk it
through” with Tenzin. He said, “This person has lost his trust in humanity, and feels
hope is impossible. If you are to help him, you must find a way to give him hope.”
Lee encouraged Tenzin to talk about his experiences, but “he held up his hand and
stopped me,” she said. He told her, “I must learn to love again if I am to heal.
Please don't ask me questions about those experiences. Help me to love again.”
She asked him, “How can I help you love again?”
He replied, “Sit down with me, drink my tea and eat my cookies.”
Tenzin, his wife and Lee sat together, drinking tea, for weeks. They worked with
his doctors during this time too, to treat his pain, “but it was his spiritual pain
that seemed to be decreasing.”
When the spring came, Lee asked Tenzin what Tibetans do when they are ill in the
spring. “He smiled brightly,” she said, and he told her, “We sit downwind from flowers.”
He explained, “Tibetans sit downwind so they can be dusted with the pollen from the
new blossoms that floats on the spring breezes.”
One of Lee's friends “suggested that Tenzin visit some of the local flower nurseries.”
Lee called the manager of one of the nurseries and explained the situation. “The
manager's initial response was: `You want to do what?' But, when I explained the
request, the manager agreed,” Lee stated.
“The next weekend, I took Tenzin and his wife, with their provisions for the afternoon:
black tea, butter, salt, cups, cookies, prayer beads and prayer books. I brought
them to the nursery, and assured them I would return at 5 p.m. The following weekend,
Tenzin and his wife visited another nursery. The third weekend, they went to yet
another. The fourth week, I received several calls from the nursery owners or managers
inviting Tenzin and his wife to come again. One of the managers said, `We've got
a new shipment of nicotiana coming in and some wonderful fuchsias, and oh, yes, some
great daphne. I know they would love the scent of that daphne. And, I almost forgot!
We have some new lawn furniture that Tenzin and his wife might enjoy.' Later that
day, I got a call from another manager telling me that they had colorful wind socks
that would help Tenzin predict where the wind was blowing.
“People began to know and care about the Tibetan couple. The nursery employees started
setting out the lawn furniture in the direction of the wind. Others would bring out
fresh hot water for their tea. Some of the regular customers would leave their wagons
of flowers near Tenzin and his wife. It seemed that a community was growing around
them.
“At the end of the summer, Tenzin returned to his doctor for another CT scan to determine
the extent of the spread of the cancer, but the doctor could find no evidence of
cancer at all. He was dumbfounded. He told Tenzin that he just couldn't explain it.
“Tenzin lifted his finger up and said, `I know why the cancer has gone away. It could
no longer live in a body that is filled with love.'
“He explained further. `When I began to feel all the compassion from the hospice
people, from the nursery employees, and all those people who wanted to know about
me, I started to change inside. Now, I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity
to heal in this way. Doctor, please don't think that your medicine is the only cure.
Sometimes compassion can cure cancer, as well.'”
This story illustrates not only how love heals, but that it takes a community of
love to provide a healing context in society for support of others. (For those who
may wish to explore further the realm of flowers and their role in healing, visit
www.flowersociety.org for other healing stories.)
The work of Royal Rife demonstrated that the administration of certain frequencies
to the body results in healing. Here are several more stories, regarding the use
of the bioactive frequency generators (machines) used to heal.
PROSTATE CANCER
The following cases were sent to us on videotape by Edward Peck, Ph.D., a psychologist
and former director of High Point Regional Medical Center respiratory therapy department.
Name withheld by request: “In April, 1996, my urologist told me a biopsy showed that
I had a malignant prostate tumor. My PSA then was 23, which my doctor said was pretty
high, and there was a chance of cancer spreading. Next he sent me to a lab to have
a scan done on my kidneys and bones. When the tests came back, he presented me with
three choices: surgery, radiation or nothing. I chose nothing.
“I had read many articles on the surgery and radiation options, and the message for
me was “stay away from those two steps because they are very dangerous.” After the
surgery many men are having lots of problems, and radiation can make the cancer spread
more rapidly. So, the doctor told me to come back in six months for a reexamination.
“I then began to use the bioactive frequency device for those six months. I used
it for three minutes per recommended frequency (about 15 different frequencies for
various bacteria and viruses, including the cancer viruses) per day for prostate
treatment. I then went to my urologist at the end of six months for a test.
“He tested and found my PSA had gone to 4.5! He couldn't believe it. I wouldn't tell
him what I was doing, so all he said was, `Keep doing what you are doing.' So I used
the machine every other day for approximately one more month.
“I then returned for another exam, and my doctor found the PSA had dropped to 2.4.
Now I am going for 1.0, because he said the normal for healthy men is between 1 and
6. I'm continuing this treatment with the machine because I'm reasonably sure I've
won this battle with cancer.”
Albert Rodriguez, approximately 60 years of age when interviewed by the same producer
who videotaped the previous interview, was also diagnosed with malignant prostate
cancer with a PSA level of 13. His doctors also recommended to him that surgery be
performed.
“I refused,” said Rodriguez, “due to reports of complications that can arise for
individuals who go through the prostate cancer operation.”
Rodriguez then learned of the bioactive frequency devices and started to take treatments
with the BioSolutions model for the next 6 months.
“During that period,” he said “my PSA count dropped from 13 to 3.5. I highly recommend
this; it worked for me and I'm sure it will work for any individual out there with
a serious health problem.”
ALLERGIES & AURAS
My friend Alexis Traynor-Kaplan is a biologist who specializes in intracellular signal
transduction and research in healing illnesses. I was invited to her lab in downtown
Seattle last March to meet with my friend Elke Macartney, the “aura reader” I mentioned
earlier in this article who was making observations of cells at the lab, and to do
some experimentation with the new bioactive frequency generator I had just purchased.
One of the lab assistants (I will call her Mary) participated in our sessions, and
we asked her if she would like to try the frequency generator to treat her allergies.
She enthusiastically agreed. She held the hand held electrodes and I set the machine
to run an allergy program. Elke observed Mary's electromagnetic field, or aura, during
the program.
The program of the frequency generating machine was set to administer about eight
different frequencies for three minutes each. Elke described each frequency in Mary's
electromagnetic mind field (aura). She said the energy looked somewhat like a sheet
of rain appears to the naked eye as it runs down the expanse of a window pane in
waves. She said that the colors of the field were enhanced, brightened by frequencies
from the machine, and that the field began to resonate fully with the frequency generated
after about one minute. Further, the mind/body field would “use” the energy for the
body, constantly scanning over the body and stimulating parts that seemed to be able
to use the energy, such as the thyroid, the adrenals or the suprarenals (all endocrine
system glands) or other parts and systems of the body. This observation correlates
with the ability of the mind to self-generate its own frequencies through thought–and
focus–and affect the field, or aura, thereby. The thought/feeling of love is described
by aura readers as a rosy glow in the field and is seen to particularly stimulate
the thymus gland, the grandfather of the immune system.
Several months after our session at the lab, Alexis told me that Mary had experienced
no further allergy complaints since the day of the session with the bioactive frequency
generator, despite the fact that, in Seattle, this time of year had always been the
worst for her, especially with the onset of blooming Scotch Broom. Indeed, Mary's
experience confirms many other firsthand stories I have heard of the amelioration
of allergy symptoms after one use of the bioactive frequency generator.
The healing power of the frequencies generated by bioactive frequency generators
and the human mind is indicated in the forgoing stories. (For a scientific treatment
of mind vibrations and some fascinating experiments, see Valerie Hunt's excellent
book Infinite Mind: The Science of Human Vibrations, Malibu Publishing, Box 4234,
Malibu, CA 90265.) These stories are only a small testament to the overwhelming amount
of evidence today that support the power of frequencies, or energy, to heal, and
that is the realm of the indomitable human mind. Combined with the use of all viable
options for the support of human health our mind energy can help us achieve the paradise
of health we seek. Further, it seems we need not use interventions in disease processes
that harm the body when, in fact, supporting and loving the body suffices.
