Of Beloved Archangel Chamuel

Beloved of the Heart of God,

As the third Solar Ray of Cosmic Love permeates this Sweet Earth, I come upon Its tidal crest to reveal one of the greatest Victories of Love unfolding before your very eyes - the transition from Karmic Law to the Law of the Divine Plan as the major Force behind Creation on the Planet! This Victory shall end the concept of "time," which has constrained Humanity';s forward evolution and shall begin an Age of Transformational change...of quantum leaps into living the Eternal Moment of Now in the unfolding of the Divine Plan.

KARMA
Karma is a Sanskrit word meaning deed or act. It also connotes a Spiritual concept, whereby deeds and acts done in the past appear to dictate the future. This is illusory anywhere else in the Universe, for there is no past or future - only the Divine Plan unfolding in the eternal here and now! Karmic Law is temporary and is an aspect of the eternal Law of the Circle, which is a Law traversing the entire Galaxy.

Karmic Law is specific to Earth's circumstances and was designed by the Father-Mother God to account for the imbalance created when Humanity turned away from the Divine Plan and fell in consciousness. the Creation of imbalance presented a challenge to the Spiritual Hierarchy overseeing Earth as this energy needed to be returned to its sender (as per the Supreme Law of the Circle), yet also needed to be tempered "over time," else its impact would be too destructive. In fact, this was the basis of the introduction of the concept of "time," taking Humanity out of the Eternal Moment of Now, creating a past and a future.

The "phasing in" of returning Karmic Energy was necessary because Humanity continued to fall in consciousness and was progressively less able to cope with the returning karma. The result was, that in frustration, Humanity kept creating more karma.

This evolved into a continuous downward cycle which the Solar Logos knew would eventually end in the "second death" whereby the weight of karmic energies collecting around the God Flame in the Heart would have literally snuffed it out! Thus, God Beings evolving on Earth, born of the Sun like all of us, would then be no more! The Heart Flame originally spiraled throughout the entire aura, clearly visible to all. It began to shrink from nonuse, as the human ego usurped Its powers.

And whereas It had originally governed all daily activities of an embodied Celestial Being. It soon became no larger than a tiny flicker in the Heart, only capable of sustaining basic survival consciousness. You can see how tons of returning karmic energy, looking to be Loved free by the Heart Flame, could have smothered It at this point.

The God Parents needed to protect the children of Their Heart from this potential demise. Therefore, They convened "a Karmic Board," comprised of Celestial Beings, to oversee the return of Karma in a fashion that would allow for the continual development of the Soul and prevent the second death - yet, at the same time meet the requirements of the Law of the Circle.

The Karmic Board represented the most Merciful aspects of God's Great Love for all Humanity. The Goddess of Mercy and the Goddess of Justice often held the perfect balance of Divine Energies within this Board. After an initial "rest" between embodiments, individuals (or more commonly, groups of Humanity at a similar level of Soul development) would then present themselves before the Board. An accounting of an embodiment concerning both Soul growth and return of karma was then done.

The goal was always the forwarding of the Soul towards Its Ascension. The Karmic Board then decided what further training the Soul would require between embodiments, in order to maintain Soul development and lessen karmic debt. The Soul was then assigned to various Ascended Master Temples of training along the Seven Rays of Christ Development before re-entering embodiment.

The Karmic Board's Loving Service was unfortunately translated into the Spiritual mythology of "Judgement Day," as if done by a harsh or punishing God. In Truth, the role of the Karmic Board was purely Merciful in assisting Souls onward in Their development and preventing the second death, which would have occurred had Mercy not intervened! Meditate on this!

The memory of "Judgement Day" comes from the personal remorse individuals felt when they clearly saw, while in the Halls of Karma, how much opportunity had in fact been presented to them to return to the Law of the Divine Plan and away from generating further karma. But they could also see clearly and simply how Merciful the karmic process was to them.

From this, individuals found the soul strength to renew their vows to God "to do better next time." They then went on to the Ascended Master Temples for Healing and Illumination. Thus, the Karmic Board and the Law of Karma were all part of a Healing process, of Loving Humanity free from Her self-imposed prison of ever increasing, ever returning imbalance.

It was always known in the Heart of the God Parents that the Law of Love would eventually be Victorious in Healing the wounds of karma, thus making Karmic Law no longer necessary. they held a Cosmic Faith that Humanity would return to the original Law of the Divine Plan. And now, in the Realm of Cause, we are at this Cosmic Day! This is the Victory of Love we all now celebrate, for It will now enter the realm of efforts upon the Screen of Life. All Life sends Their eternal Adoration and Gratitude to the Karmic Board for so patiently and lovingly holding the balance for Humanity - between the need for returning karma (so that energy could be loved free) and the need for Soul development and progress (however small) toward the Ascension.

All of this is the Victory of Divine Love that you may now take full advantage of: the Love of the God Parents to ensure the continued existence of Their wayward children...the Love of Sanat Kamara to ensure the Earth emitted enough Light to continue on in the Heavens so Humanity would have a platform for Her further development and not become Planetary orphans; the Love of countless perfected Avatars to re-enter Humanity even though They had finished with karma, to continue to reveal the path of Love so as to eventually finish the Age of Karma and the Love of countless Arisen Souls to further the work of these Avatars within the everyday life of the people until the present moment we now celebrate, wherein the great majority of Humanity have chosen the path of the Christ and the fulfillment of the Divine Plan.

This is the Holy Christ Selves of Humanity stepping forth to reclaim this Planet as was always intended. The human ego had usurped the Powers of Creation from the Christ during the Age of Karma, but this age is now finished! and with it the laws governing that period of time.

The illusion is now over!

In the New Age of Spiritual Freedom the force behind Creation of day-to-day life on Earth is now the Consciousness of the First Cause of God...Divine Love for all Creation. The Law of the Circle remains, for it is Universal, immutable Law. In the Realm of Cause, the Law of Karma has ended! It was specific to Earth and temporary by design in order to Heal a crisis that had Arisen within Humanity's development.

Yet also realize dear ones, that because the eternal Law of the Circle continues, personal energy will always return to the individual who sent it out, whatever its vibration. Imbalanced energy still needs to be loved free by its "owner" and Perfected Energies returned in order to enter the Causal Body of the Being who sent it out, to be further enjoyed for all eternity. Returning energy will play a part in the day- to-day experiences of Humanity, good or bad. But the transformational difference that now affects the Earth is which force is supreme behind present Creation!...changing now from karmic patterns setting the tone to Divine Plan Perfection patterns setting the tone. This creates, right now, a completely different immediate future for this Planet than ever envisioned by those looking through "karmic glasses." This will eventually evolve into Humanity living in the Eternal Moment of Now with no thought of past or future - just the eternal Glory of the Divine Plan unfolding moment-to-moment.

From this change of Force behind Creation will come an ever expanding God Confidence within Humanity. Everyone will rejoice as the Christ steps forth to create Perfection in the present moment! The Karmic Board will gradually Transform Their service into Divine Initiators of the global "I AM" Race...rather than dispensing karma for the human race.

This increasing God Confidence will thus allow all individuals to more perfectly handle all returning imbalanced energies with Dignity, Courtesy, Patience, Reverence and Humility...the Virtues of the Arisen Christ...the Living Child of the Royal House of God. Remember to affirmation: My Perfection is handling my imperfection perfectly! "I AM" the Christ returned to Earth! "I AM" that "I AM"! Look to the Transformation of the Karmic Board as They show you the way of your own Transformation in Spiritual Freedom.

Visualize and pour your feelings into this Victory of Love on a Planetary basis. Its tangible manifestation into the everyday life of the people shall come, given Its firm anchorage into the Realm of Cause wherein Humanity's consciousness...which is global Group Avatar's specific service to Life. then, building on your Sacred work, millions upon millions of Arisen Christ Selves will tangibly step forth within individual lives, using God Consciousness in co- Creating Limitless Physical Perfection upon the Screen of Life! And Humanity will then exist upon a Heavenly Earth in all Her multidimensional Glory!

It was the Divine Love of the God Parents that allowed Humanity a physical planet to develop upon and the free will to decide Their own evolution. It was Divine Love that kept the Heart Flame blazing, however small, during the dark age of increasing karmic debt. It was Divine Love that sent Sanat Kumara to sustain this Planet's Light, so Earth would not be dissolved and returned to primordial ethers. It was the Divine Love of countless Avatars, now including yourselves, that eventually overcame the process of karma deciding the tone of day-to-day life on Earth and returned Her to the Eternal Moment of the Divine Plan unfolding, the full Glory of God in Action on Earth. You are the pioneers of this Truth, Its anchorage into mass consciousness. Remember now how Loving a Being your multidimensional God Presence is! Know only this Sacred Identity for yourself as you continue on in Loving this Earth Free.

"I AM" with you every moment of the way, until you are welcomed Home into Love Eternal in your final Ascension into Everlasting Light! There I shall greet you, enfolding you in My wings of sweet Adoration, even as "I AM" doing so right now!

I EXALT the Lord, my God. I extol the God good in my life today and offer all within this day to be a blessing and joy to every part of life upon this Planet. I ask Angels of pure Divine Love to assist me in each endeavor so that "I AM" consciously and consistently about the business of my God Parents, magnifying perfection in all things.

I acknowledge the Presence of God "I AM" within me and ask that as I (the little me) decrease, my God Presence increases. I fill my physical, etheric, mental and emotional bodies with the radiance of Love, knowing that "I AM" elevating my being and world into the God world I desire.

I praise my Father-Mother God in every action today, and when I retire, I shall Exalt Almighty God for all the beauty, bounty and blessing I have in my life. Morning, noon and night I raise my Heart, head and hand to God in service and surrender. I Exalt the Lord, my God.
