As we draw closer to the 21st Century, greater Light if flowing toward mankind, as we are discovering the presence of a powerful new media form called "channeling." The station is with the Ascended Masters of Light. The anchor persons are people like Bob Fickes who report the truth as it is transmitted to them. Mr. Fickes is one of the finest and most respected channels of our time. We are honored to count him among our contributors.

I AM St. Germain and I welcome you to a meeting of High Council. I welcome you into the sacred halls of the etheric temple over the Potomac River in Washington, DC. Here in these great halls of light you will see a golden domed structure much like your capitol, for the capitol itself was designed on the basis of etheric principles. As we enter into the decade of the nineties, we are bringing forth a new teaching, entirely new for planet Earth. There are no teachings like it that have preceded this teaching. And indeed for the first time in human history will the entire vision of Earth be given. The vision of Earth is to be recognized as an experiment society, first established by the community of God-like beings known to you today as the Ascended Masters. These beings were originally from the Central Sun, and had been designated to carry out a special dispensation on behalf of God the Father.

Many of the Ascended Masters departed from the Central Sun and came here to Earth, to Venus and to other planets of this solar system. In that early time of activity there was great enthusiasm and joy. The work of the Ascended Masters was in perfect synchrony with all living forms of light everywhere in this universe.

The Masters felt that they had not departed from the Central Sun, but co-existed in a manner that was befitting their full energy and vitality. They did not need to qualify their energy, but remained the same status as they were when emitted from the Central Sun. They made efforts to impart that essence into the Earth's very structure, and the Earth herself became illuminated. This illumination yet remains at her very core.

The very core of the Earth is pink. It is the Pink Rose of Life. It is of the blessed essence of the Highest Master of Love, that is the vehicle of Earth's ascension.

Earth will be visualized, however, as an emerald essence on its outer core. It is called the green planet. It is a vibration of healing. It is now to be known and to be recognized that your Earth is a civilization of healers. It is the purpose of the vibration of the Earth, has always been the vibration of the Earth, to be a vibration re-established for this purpose. Much is to be done. Many of the circumstances that now exist on planet Earth are no longer to be seen as functional. They will be very rapidly eradicated. Their usefulness will be forgotten. And the very history of the Earth will be healed and cleansed.

Each of you must move forward into the most advanced state of existence and experience that is humanly possible by your conceptions, and not by other human standards. Each of you have your dreams. You would look into your future and you would see great things. Were you to go to the very end of that dream, to the farthest most reach of your imagination, and carry that tenfold times, you might begin to penetrate into that realm of which we are speaking as your destiny.

This decade is to be characterized by two halves. A first half and a later half. The first half will be characterized by what we can call the precipitation of karma -- the karma of this Earth now coming into precipitated form... It will be as though a veil of illusion is cast over every system on Earth. This will cause both those in control, and those that are under that control, to be faced with an illusion of consciousness. There will be dramatic upheavals of understanding.

There will be great misunderstanding and confusion. There will be a purging of those elements that drain the very vitality of Earth. Those systems that are no longer to exist in the New Age will falter and fail. Those systems that are to be preserved will appear to falter, but will not fail. Those who are their institutional directors will also falter, but will not fail. Those who are their institutional directors will also falter, and feel as though their ship is sinking. But as their ship begins to sink, they will be given an opportunity, a dispensation, as it were, to lift their vibration and their own personal vitality, so they can apply it in a way benefiting the future of Earth.

They will be given instructions and visions. They will be approached by the Masters, and they will be capable of visualizing the Masters in a more precipitated form. This IS to take place. Each leader of every institution to be gathered to the New Age shall have this experience. It is part of their destiny and their awakening.

Each of you have longed for this period of Earth. You have worked hard and diligently to create it. It is time for you to activate your Solar Awareness. This is far deeper than any cellular awareness that you carry. It is a Solar attunement, an attunement through your sun to the Central Sun... In this time you will retrieve much of your ancient knowledge, you will relearn and re-educate yourself to manners of speaking and perception that you have long since forgotten since you have become physical beings.

I wish to call your attention now to one who is termed "the Bringer of Heaven to Earth." His name is Sanat Kumara. (Ed. Note: In scripture he is known as The Ancient of Days.) And though many of you have recognized this name and have become fond of this vibration, you have learned to accept his vibration from afar. For as each of you are aware, he has not been fully present upon the Earth for the past several years. Indeed, in 1954, Sanat Kumara completed his duties and returned to his home planet of Venus. There he was allowed to supervise the Earth and those that were termed the Brothers and Sisters of Light.

It is now to be announced that Sanat Kumara has been installed at the seat of High Council in the Global Capitol for this Earth, that resides in the etheric city above the Potomac River in Washington, D.C. He is present once again at the helm, to over-see the activities of this coming half decade. He will remain with the Earth for merely five years. During that time period, he will be assisting and supervising the activities of the Great Brotherhoods and Sisterhoods of Light. It is to be recognized that his Order has been re-established, both in the etheric zone and in that which is the physical Earth.

Each of you have an opportunity to re-establish your commitment to this Brotherhood and Sisterhood of Light. We cannot say that this commitment will be easily founded. For that which is the pull and tug of your Earth's karma shall be great. It will be a heavily responsible position to volunteer for such service. It will require you to step over certain boundaries of previous commitments here on Earth, and to relinquish them into that which is your Higher Vision. You must trust entirely in the perception of this vision. You must not lose for an instant that which is the ideal vision that you are holding in your heart. For to lose it in any of the Brotherhoods and Sisterhoods of Light, will be to lose it for Humanity.

We are requesting each of you to sustain that vision for merely half a decade. After all the work which you have put into this planet, over the many millions of years that you have made effort to improve the dimension of planet Earth, this half decade of commitment is only a drop in the bucket, as you would say. And yet, this drop, is the very drop that will transform the bucket into Light!
