SPIRIT MATTER 0F HEART I greet you once more, Beloved Hearts of My Heart, from the realms of the Most High, . I meet you in the dwelling place of the Holy of Holies, in the Heart of the Christos, in the Peace of Jesus/Sananda, and the Love of Mother Mary. I invite you to journey with Me into the Sacredness of your own Divine Heart, to experience the 'feeling' of Christ-Mass, Winter Solstice, Hanukkah the Festival of Lights, and the true New Millennium Year 2001!.. MEDITATION/ACTIVATION Take a Moment and Breathe Deeply.. Center Yourself... And Feel Love...Light...And...Peace. .Now become aware of your own heart beating in Unison With The ONE Heart of All Creation..And Feel the Universal Ocean of Love...Light...And..Peace. Allow this feeling To Expand, Expand, And Expand and embrace ALL THAT IS... Feel your body become alive and activated by this Love, Peace and Light as you acknowledge and experience this Love , Peace and Light anchoring into every cell atom ,electron and chakra of your being...Do This Until You Feel Completely Healed And At One With Yourself...and All THAT IS... Now attune to the frequency and colors of Pink & Green...*Silently or aloud, say the words " I LOVE"...Keep Repeating "I LOVE" (Do this until you can feel Love.) *If there is a specific area that needs healing, focus the I AM LOVE energy there... Now focus the I AM LOVE energy on anyone with whom you wish to bathe in Divine Love...Personal and/or Global...When you feel complete, you may either choose another .situation, that needs Love infusion, or come back to the I AM LOVE within your own heart space....Now feel yourself once again back in your body, knowing you have been bathed and blessed in the Love , Peace and Light that you are!...Ah-Ommm...
