The idea of a world without violence, materialism and bigotry may seem a visionary's idealism.

It has been said: "A vision without a task is but a dream, a task without a vision is drudgery, a vision and a task is the hope of the world."

If you do not have the vision to see in your mind the perfection of the world manifested in reality, you cannot have such a dream. If you work toward that goal without the vision you will feel that your life is a series of disappointments and defeats. If you have vision, if you can image and lust after such an end, but leave the work of manifestation to the forces of God, Nature, or others, you will have only a beautiful dream. It is the one who has vision and is willing to work toward its manifestation that is the savior of the world.

Idealism without action is self-righteousness. It is an attitude that condemns the state of the world and produces no good work. Visionaries who work toward the manifestation of their dreams these are the avatars. These people are the ones who will see righteousness and justice before they reach the number of their days.

Past action toward the healing of this planet has been aggressive rather than assertive. Humanity makes war in an effort toward peace. Humanity fights crime with punishment. Humanity attempts to legislate morality, ethics and righteousness. It is long past time for these things. We have grown stronger and progressed further than this. It is time for humanity to walk the path of peace rather than simply pointing in the right direction. It is time humanity joined together in the single consciousness of Love.

Offering Prayer

O God, the source of all good, grant us your inspiration that we may have proper thoughts, and your guidance that we may carry them into practice. Grant that we, who have been fed at your heavenly banquet, may desire only what is right and that we may fulfill these holy desires by your grace and guidance.

Affirmation

My Heart is the Divine Outpouring of Love. My Hands are the Divine Instruments of Healing. My Head is filled with the Divine Understanding of Purpose. My Heart, My Hands and My Head reside at Home with God.
