need to be urgently addressed by the global community and their respective
governments including Hamas,Hezbullah and highest ranking ministers from all
the affected
parties in The Middle East ..It needs to be emphatically understood that The
TIME FOR PEACE IS NOW...
People of Goodwill need to stand together and call for dipomacy and the establishment
of a Global Peace Conference.

AFFIRM ISRAEL RIGHT TO EXIST ..INTERNATIONALIZATION OF THE OLD CITY OF JERUSALEM
A firm commitment from The Arab Nations acknowledging Israel's right to exist..commensurate
with this agreement is massive humanitarian aid for the people of the Gaza
Strip and the Palestinean refugee camps...
The wthdrawal of Israel the West Bank. In addition, a compromise on the fundamental
right of return for the people of Palestine whose land were stolen,and or confiscated
upon the creation of the state of Israel in 1948...
The Creation(or re-creation) as mandated in the UN charter that the "Old
City" Of Jerusalem be declared as An International City of Peace...
Middle Eastern Non-Agression Treaty:
A. We are calling for a total commitment of the world community for the dealerting
of all nuclear weapons...The removal of all Nuclear weapons in the Middle East
I.E. Pakistan,Israel..For security purposes we propose that ISRAEL become a
member of N.A.T.O.
B. A Global Marshall Plan for the Palestianian refugees and the rest of The
Arab world...These monies are to be secured from a global surtax on oil revenues
along
with the implementation of the Tobin Tax A small levy of 0.1% will generate

C. Time to current fossil fuel/military industrial economy into a Sustainable
Alternative Energy economy
