CO-CREATING HEAVEN ON EARTH
Birthing New Structures For Empowerment

Right now a transformation is occurring in the hearts and minds of countless
people on earth. The process begins with the individual, with the willingness
of those of us who are consciously awakening to "know ourselves"
by exploring the depths of our essence and the multiple layers of our
conditioned egos. It begins with the intention of integrating our humanity
with our divinity and aligning our words and our action with our being.
The healing of the planet resides in the "whoring" of humanity.
At this moment in evolution, millions of people are examining their
"shadow sides" and exploring and acknowledging the codependent,
dysfunctional aspects of their personalities -- so that these aspects
can be owned, rather than projected onto others.
The "Aquarian Age" that we are now entering is based on the
principle of convergence and the acknowledgment of the interdependence
and interconnectedness of all life. Each of us is a cell in the body
of Gaia. We have a unique purpose and are guided to discover that purpose
by following our hearts and our "compass of joy." Our gifts,
talents, and interests are signposts that alert us to our true tasks
and deepest life calling. Once we have awakened to this calling, we
naturally choose to link with others who share our purpose. Thus, just
as a healthy physical body is composed of healthy cells that build fully
functioning organs, tissues, bones, and muscles -- a healthy society
is composed of whole people who have found their true place and are
working cooperatively in teams with other groups who serve different
but equally vital functions.
At this time, we are "moving forward to the past." Disempowering
centralized structures and hierarchical models are giving way to new
(but actually ancient) forms that bring forth human creativity. Perestroika
is sweeping the planet and restructuring relationships, organizations,
and institutions.
The most basic form emerging now is the core group. Core groups are
safe havens of support for people to discover their life purpose and
be empowered to self-actualize in the world. They are occurring naturally
as a new design in evolution, as well as being created consciously in
many cultures.
As communism collapses in Eastern Europe and the Soviet Union and totalitarian
regimes lose power in Latin America, Africa, and Asia, small groups
are springing up spontaneously in every community to emancipate the
talents of those who choose to participate. In core groups, individuals
are healed and encouraged to express all aspects of themselves. Using
processes that have been known to native people for centuries, humanity
is reawakening to the feminine principle and to practices that honor
the whole and bring forth the love, innate knowing and divinity in each
person. As "social pioneers," we are beginning to experience
ourselves as true co-creators with God. We are choosing to design new
forms and systems that bring forth the best in each of us for the betterment
of all.
The essential ingredient to the transformation is love. When groups
come together in a field of love, safety, and mutual trust, the creativity,
power, and wisdom of each person is liberated. The sense of separation
within people that leads to war, crime, pollution, and all disorder
is healed. As each person finds his or her place in the body of society,
every field of interest and endeavor is taken to a higher frequency
of expression. Thus business, medicine, education, communication, science,
and the arts are going through a profound transformation at this time.
The pyramid structure is giving way to the circle and ordinary citizens
are being empowered to express their full potential. Outer authority
is succumbing to inner knowing. Core groups -- and other models, such
as citizen summits, town meetings, local gatherings and celebrations,
and global mind linkages are emerging to support and empower personal
and planetary transformation. Step by step, we are building a network
of light around the world and reuniting our global family.
The threat of war, the AIDS epidemic, pending environmental and economic
collapse and "natural disasters" hasten the process of convergence
and motivate us to cooperate with one another. Our pending doom becomes
our salvation, driving us to support one another in order to survive
as a species. In a context of crisis, the hero and heroine within can
emerge, turning danger into opportunity and bringing forth the best
in many. A transformed media seeds out the good news of innovations
and inspiring stories about our victories over hunger, disease, homelessness,
and illiteracy. This mobilizes others into action and ignites a chain
reaction of service and support. Science and technology reinforce our
interconnectedness, allowing us to link up instantaneously and globally
for mutual empowerment.
Functioning in a context of love, trust, and safety, small teams of
people around the world join with one another for the betterment of
all. Eventually, a sufficient unified field is built, which "jumps"
the entire system to a new level of consciousness. All humanity, all
life on this planet and throughout the Universe shifts to an exalted
level of love and awareness. Each particle finds its place in the whole
and experiences the truth of the ancient wisdom: I am One, We are One,
All is One. With this shift, self-interest dissolves; nationalism collapses;
greed, hostility, jealousy, and blame disappear and Self-governance
takes the place of traditional governments.
In this field of unitive consciousness, thy will is my will and the
good of the whole is the fulfillment of the individual. When we have
co-created heaven on earth, we will live in the moment, listen with
our hearts, and respect and enjoy the diversity of all cultures. Each
of us will be giving our gifts, our work will be our play and our only
need will be to serve God, nature, and humankind.
